Terms of Use

By accessing or using CarryFeed, you agree to these terms and the Privacy Policy. If you use CarryFeed for an organization, you confirm that you have authority to act for it.

You must be at least 13 and able to form a binding agreement where you live. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the service.

You are responsible for keeping your CarryFeed session secure and for activity performed through your account. Connect only an X account you own or are authorized to manage, review the scopes shown during OAuth, and revoke access when it is no longer needed.

OAuth authorization allows CarryFeed to use the granted X permissions, but CarryFeed's product flow still requires review and explicit confirmation before scheduling or publishing. Do not share credentials or try to use another person's account without authorization.

A preview, rewrite, suggested time, or saved draft is not a published post. When you confirm a schedule or immediate publication, you instruct CarryFeed to transmit the approved revision and attached media to the selected X account at the requested time.

You are responsible for reviewing the exact content, links, media, alt text, target account, time, and permissions before approval. A delivery confirmation records the platform action; it does not guarantee reach, recommendation, availability, or acceptance by an audience.

AI rewrites, content checks, timing evidence, and growth recommendations are assistive outputs. They may be incomplete, inaccurate, unsuitable, or similar to other material. CarryFeed does not guarantee originality, legal compliance, factual accuracy, account growth, followers, reach, engagement, leads, or revenue.

• Verify facts, quotations, claims, links, rights, disclosures, and sensitive topics before publishing.
• Do not represent AI output as personal experience, research, or customer evidence that you do not have.
• Treat sampled public-history analysis and timing suggestions as decision support, not a prediction.
• You keep the final point of view and accept responsibility for content published from your account.

You retain whatever rights you already hold in drafts, Voice Memory, uploads, and other material you provide. You give CarryFeed a limited permission to host, copy, transform, analyze, and transmit that material only as needed to operate, secure, and provide the features you request.

You confirm that you have the rights and permissions needed to submit and publish the material. CarryFeed does not acquire ownership of your content through these terms.

Public-tool results may include third-party text, profile context, metadata, or media links. CarryFeed does not own that material and does not grant you a license to reuse it. Public availability does not eliminate copyright, privacy, publicity, trademark, contractual, or other rights.

Download, quote, save, transform, or republish third-party material only when you have a lawful basis and the required permission. Do not use CarryFeed to bypass access controls, privacy settings, paywalls, authentication, technical restrictions, or platform rules.

• Spam, artificial amplification, platform manipulation, engagement farming, deceptive identities, impersonation, or misleading attribution.
• Unsolicited or automated replies, likes, follows, direct messages, surveillance, harassment, or collection intended to target people abusively.
• Bulk or abusive scraping, rate-limit evasion, credential theft, unauthorized account access, or interference with CarryFeed or another service.
• Infringing, illegal, fraudulent, threatening, privacy-invasive, or harmful content or activity.
• Removing source context in a misleading way or presenting public or AI-assisted material as evidence it is not.
• Reverse engineering or reselling the service in a way that violates law, these terms, or third-party platform rules.

CarryFeed relies on or links to X, browsers, AI providers, hosting services, and other third parties. Their services are governed by their own terms and may change, limit, reject, or remove access independently.

CarryFeed is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or operated by X Corp. or another social platform. You must follow the X Rules, applicable automation requirements, and any other platform terms that apply to your activity.

CarryFeed is provided on an as-available basis. Public sources, APIs, AI models, browsers, and other dependencies can change or fail, so CarryFeed does not guarantee uninterrupted service or that a specific link, result, file, analysis, schedule, or publication will remain available.

CarryFeed may limit or suspend access to protect the service, comply with law or platform requirements, investigate abuse, or enforce these terms. Features, limits, and these terms may change as the product develops; material updates will use a new effective date.

CarryFeed is a software tool, not legal, financial, employment, or professional advice. To the extent permitted by law, you use the service and third-party content at your own risk and remain responsible for decisions and account actions made with it.

Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded. These product-aligned terms do not replace any additional written agreement that CarryFeed may enter into with you or your organization.

Contact CarryFeed if a term is unclear, you need to report misuse, or your use requires a separate written agreement.
