Several photos from one link
On 31 October 2026, this @nasa carousel returned three photos. All three saved separately as JPEG files at 1080 × 1350. A four-photo @nasahubble carousel also saved successfully; its images had different dimensions.
Check each returned image before saving. A carousel can include different crops and file sizes.
Save photos from a post
- Copy the link to the photo post or carousel.
- Paste it above and choose Find photos.
- Choose Download photo under each image you want. The file name includes the post code and its number in the returned media list.
Image formats and carousel order
This @europeanspaceagency post returned a video followed by two photos. Its image downloads were numbered 2 and 3, matching the returned media list. If Instagram omits media, these numbers may differ from the original slide positions.
The download keeps the image format returned by Instagram, such as JPEG or WebP. For a mixed post, open the video downloader to save its videos.
A Reel cover is a preview of a video and is excluded from photo downloads. To save the video, use the Reels downloader.
If a file is missing or unavailable
- Wrong media type
- A video post may have no downloadable photos. Use the video tool for clips; preview covers are excluded.
- Private or sign-in required
- This tool cannot open that post. Use the original link in Instagram with your own account.
- Download stopped
- Retry the file while the result is available. Individual downloads are limited to 100 MiB.
- Expired links
- Choose Refresh links, then Find photos to request the post again. A new successful lookup uses another lookup credit or your Tools balance.
How CarryFeed gets the file
CarryFeed opens the public post in a remote browser without signing in to Instagram, then offers the image files returned for that post. If Instagram requires a login or omits a file, the lookup cannot supply it.
The browser runs on Cloudflare Browser Run. An available lookup can be reused across the Instagram tools for about five minutes. Keep the original post URL after saving a file.
CarryFeed builds and operates this tool. For a wrong result, contact contact@carryfeed.com with the post URL and the time of the lookup. See About CarryFeed, privacy and lookup pricing. Downloading a file does not change who owns it; get permission before reusing someone else’s work.
Common questions
Does this download carousel images?
Yes, when the lookup returns the image files. Each image is saved separately. The file number follows the returned media list; it may differ from the original slide position if media is missing. A mixed carousel can include videos, which appear in the video downloader.
Are the photos always JPG?
The file keeps the format Instagram returns. Supported image downloads include JPEG, PNG, WebP and AVIF. This tool does not convert every image to JPG.
Why is a Reel cover missing from the photo downloads?
A cover is marked as a preview and excluded from photo downloads. Open the original Reel or use the Reels downloader for its video.
Does this save a profile picture or a whole account?
No. This tool accepts individual post or Reel links and saves photos returned for that post. It does not accept a username or download an account archive.
Do I need an Instagram account or a CarryFeed account?
No Instagram account is connected. Sign in to CarryFeed to use prepaid Instagram lookups or your Tools balance. Private accounts, Stories, Highlights and pages that require an Instagram login cannot be opened here.
When does a lookup use my balance?
A successful lookup uses one prepaid lookup or your Tools balance. A partial result can count as successful even if the file you wanted is missing. File downloads and MP3 conversions reuse that result without another lookup charge. Failed lookups are not charged.
