Your account, permissions, and usage.
MCP uses the same CarryFeed account as the web workspace. Ask your agent for your current plan and remaining credits before starting paid work.
- Free account
- Save and edit drafts, manage writing preferences, preview posts and images, view the calendar, and cancel an existing schedule.
- CarryFeed Pro
- Schedule, reschedule, publish to your connected X account, and open Growth Insights.
- CarryFeed AI rewrites
- Preview the current credit cost, approve the spend, then review the rewrite proposal. The server checks your plan and available usage before calling the model.
- Agentic media tools
- Existing YouTube captions cost $0.005 per successful result. Checked YouTube and TikTok MP4 files cost $0.10 and $0.01 respectively; both use private download links that expire after 15 minutes.
- Your agent’s writing
- Drafting with your agent’s own model uses that provider’s billing. Saving the resulting copy in CarryFeed does not invoke a CarryFeed AI rewrite.
- X authorization
- Connect X separately to grant account access. Longer Post delivery also depends on your X account’s publishing capabilities.
Explore the 30 X Growth tools
get_growth_account- Read the signed-in user's current CarryFeed plan, subscription period, available credits and reset time, and free AI rewrite usage. Use this to explain access or remaining usage; it does not spend credits or start checkout. Null credits or usage mean unavailable, not zero. The exact rewrite price is quoted by preview_growth_rewrite and checked again on confirmation. CarryFeed Pro is separate from X Premium.
get_growth_workspace- Load the signed-in user's CarryFeed X Growth workspace, saved drafts, schedules, publishing states, voice memory, and connection mode. This is for listing and selecting data; when the user asks to see, open, inspect, or preview one saved draft, call render_growth_content_preview with its contentId instead of reproducing the parts as chat text. This does not return analytics.
get_growth_insights- Get the signed-in user's Growth Insights entitlement, freshness state, workspace timezone, connected handle, and analysis. For Pro, the service refreshes public original-post history at most once per workspace-local day and otherwise reuses that day's snapshot. If refresh fails, it can return the last snapshot with an explicit stale_fallback state. Free accounts receive upgrade_required instead of analysis. This does not return drafts or schedules.
check_x_connection- Read the saved X account connection status for the signed-in CarryFeed user without calling X. This is safe to poll after external authorization and does not publish anything.
start_x_connection- Create a short-lived X OAuth authorization URL for the signed-in CarryFeed user. The URL must be opened by an explicit user action. This does not publish content or accept a caller-supplied return URL.
refresh_x_connection- Verify the signed-in user's connected account with X and save its latest identity and publishing capabilities. Use after the user asks to recheck connection health or an X subscription change. This calls X and may refresh OAuth credentials; use check_x_connection for ordinary status polling. It does not publish or spend CarryFeed AI credits.
disconnect_x_connection- Disconnect the signed-in user's X account from CarryFeed after an explicit request. Remove its saved credentials and attempt token revocation at X. Upcoming delivery requires reconnection; this does not cancel schedules, delete drafts or published posts, or cancel CarryFeed billing. Never call this just to inspect or troubleshoot a connection.
start_growth_pro_checkout- Create a short-lived Stripe Checkout URL for the signed-in CarryFeed user after an explicit upgrade action. This selects the requested Pro billing interval but does not complete payment. Do not call it merely to explain pricing.
preflight_growth_content- Validate the exact supplied standard post, Longer Post, or thread without changing its text or format. For one continuous part above 280 characters, pass type=long_post and the complete text; never pre-compress it. A Longer Post remains previewable and saveable as a CarryFeed draft when X capability is unknown or unavailable; only scheduling and publication stay blocked.
save_growth_draft- Save the exact preflighted standard post, Longer Post, or thread as a new CarryFeed draft revision. One continuous supplied part above 280 characters must be saved as type=long_post with its complete text unless the user explicitly approved shortening. Saving never schedules or publishes and must never compress or split a Longer Post.
delete_growth_draft- Delete one exact unscheduled CarryFeed draft after the user asks to remove it. This never cancels a schedule, deletes published history, or removes anything from X.
preview_growth_rewrite- Prepare a non-mutating AI rewrite confirmation using the current saved Voice Memory. Return the exact credit cost and source summary to the user, then wait for explicit approval in a later message before calling confirm_growth_rewrite. This preview does not call a model or spend credits.
confirm_growth_rewrite- Spend the exact credits shown by preview_growth_rewrite and create a persisted before/after proposal. Call only after the user explicitly approves the preview in a later message. This never edits, saves, schedules, or publishes the draft automatically.
accept_growth_rewrite- Record that the user accepted one persisted rewrite proposal after reviewing its before/after parts. This internal action is reversible in the editor and never saves, schedules, or publishes content by itself.
ingest_growth_image- Store one JPEG, PNG, or WebP image as its unchanged original in the signed-in user's private CarryFeed media library and return an asset ready for save_growth_draft. Prefer file when the host supplies an authorized file. Use dataBase64 only as a fallback for an agent-created local image that the host cannot expose as a file. Provide exactly one source. This tool validates the real bytes and dimensions, never generates or crops media, and never saves, schedules, or publishes a draft.
inspect_growth_media- Inspect one user-provided JPEG, PNG, or WebP image without storing or changing it. Return verified dimensions, X preview-fit guidance, warnings, and only the real Original, 16:9, 1:1, or 4:5 crop variants available for this media count. The original remains selected by default; this tool never generates an image.
commit_growth_media- Store the user-confirmed original image or an explicitly selected Canvas crop as a private CarryFeed media asset. The returned asset can be passed unchanged in save_growth_draft parts[i].media. The original is used unless selection is crop; this tool never generates an image and never publishes to X.
save_growth_voice- Save an explicitly approved complete CarryFeed Voice Memory and timezone as a new version. This replaces the current memory object, so load the workspace first and merge only the user's requested changes; never clear an unspecified current field. Use current saved Voice Memory without calling this tool when the user only asks to write in their voice. Do not infer or invent voice rules. Saving Voice Memory never changes a draft. The connected X account tier is server-owned and cannot be changed by this tool.
list_growth_voice_versions- List recent user-saved Voice Memory versions and identify the current version. This is read-only and never changes the writing voice.
restore_growth_voice_version- Restore one prior Voice Memory version as a new current version. The previous current version remains in history, so this internal change is reversible.
preview_growth_schedule- For CarryFeed Pro, bind a saved draft, account, and exact time into a short-lived non-mutating schedule preview. If the service returns pro_required, offer start_growth_pro_checkout instead of retrying. If the user's current message explicitly asks to schedule that exact draft at that exact time and the preview introduces no mismatch or warning, continue to confirm_growth_schedule in the same turn. Otherwise show the mismatch or exact proposal and ask once.
confirm_growth_schedule- Schedule exactly the bound preview. The user's current explicit instruction is sufficient approval when draft, account, time, timezone, media, and warnings all match; do not manufacture a second chat confirmation. The result also renders the compact upcoming calendar.
preview_growth_reschedule- For CarryFeed Pro, bind one existing schedule and its exact new time into a short-lived non-mutating preview. If the service returns pro_required, offer start_growth_pro_checkout instead of retrying. If the user's current message explicitly requests that exact move and the preview matches, continue to confirm_growth_reschedule in the same turn. Otherwise show the old and new times and ask once.
confirm_growth_reschedule- Move exactly the bound schedule to the bound new time. The user's current explicit instruction is sufficient approval when the schedule and time match; do not manufacture a second chat confirmation. The result also renders the refreshed compact calendar.
cancel_growth_schedule- Cancel one existing CarryFeed schedule after the user identifies the exact scheduled item. This does not delete the saved draft.
preview_growth_publish- For CarryFeed Pro, bind a saved revision and connected X account into a short-lived non-mutating publication preview. If the service returns pro_required, offer start_growth_pro_checkout instead of retrying. If the user's current message explicitly asks to publish that exact revision now and the preview introduces no mismatch or warning, continue to confirm_growth_publish in the same turn. Otherwise show the exact proposal and ask once.
confirm_growth_publish- Publish exactly the bound revision to X. The user's current explicit instruction is sufficient approval when revision, account, media, estimated creates, and warnings match; do not manufacture a second chat confirmation. The short-lived confirmation token is required.
render_growth_content_preview- Render one saved CarryFeed draft or an exact unsaved standard post, Longer Post, or thread as a clean X-like content preview with text and media in the same card. Always use this UI tool when the user asks to see, open, inspect, or preview one draft. For saved content, pass contentId, or selection=latest_draft when the user asks for the latest draft; CarryFeed loads the authoritative current revision itself. For unsaved content, pass type and parts. Never combine a saved selector with inline content. It shows no fake engagement metrics and never saves, schedules, or publishes. Pass saved CarryFeed assetIds unchanged; the server resolves their private images only for the widget. Use files and fileIndex only for host-authorized images that have not been saved yet.
render_growth_calendar- Load the authoritative workspace and render a compact upcoming-schedule and attention summary. The user can open a unified seven-day planner, choose a farther date from its date picker, and inspect exact content in the shared X preview. An open calendar may call this read-only tool to keep its snapshot current after scheduling, rescheduling, or cancellation. This tool does not schedule, analyze, or publish content.
render_growth_insights- Always use this UI tool when the user asks to show, open, render, visualize, or view Growth Insights, performance trends, posting-time heatmaps, cadence, or Best Time evidence. For Pro, it ensures one public-history refresh per workspace-local day and reuses the same-day snapshot; a failed refresh falls back to the last snapshot with a visible freshness state. Free accounts receive an embedded upgrade action. Inline provides Views, Interactions, and Posts trends; the expanded report adds posting-time Interactions, Frequency, Rate, cadence, and ranked observed windows. It never drafts, schedules, or publishes content.
Bring social research and media files into your agent.
Add the second server as CarryFeed Tools. Search public X posts, resolve supported social sources, extract existing YouTube captions, or create a short-lived private TikTok MP4.
https://api.carryfeed.com/mcp
Use this URL in a separate server entry and sign in to CarryFeed. Public resolvers are read-only. YouTube caption and TikTok download calls show a fixed price, accept a maximum cost, and commit the charge only after success.
Try: “Get the existing captions for this 50-minute YouTube video. Approve at most $0.005 and keep the source URL with the transcript.”
Private, deleted, restricted, and unavailable sources stay unavailable. Partial results keep missing fields explicit.

Account access, costs, and supported client behavior.
Is this a real remote MCP server?
Yes. https://agent.carryfeed.com/v1/growth/mcp serves authenticated X Growth tools. https://api.carryfeed.com/mcp serves public research plus paid YouTube caption, YouTube file, and TikTok file tools. Both use CarryFeed OAuth.
Can I use CarryFeed with Grok Bot?
Grok Bot documents support for the same MCP servers as Cursor and manages connectors under Settings → Plugins. Use an authorized custom connection to the Growth endpoint and attach it to your Bot. Custom-server access depends on your account and team policy. Rich calendar, preview, and Insights views depend on MCP Apps support; structured tool results remain available without those views.
What is free, paid by use, or Pro?
Free covers drafts, writing preferences, previews, calendar reads, and cancellation of an existing schedule. YouTube caption plus YouTube and TikTok MP4 tools use the separate USD Tools balance, with a $0.10 new-account trial; they do not require Pro. Scheduling, rescheduling, publishing, and Growth Insights require CarryFeed Pro. CarryFeed AI rewrites use metered AI credits. Your AI client’s charges are separate.
Can my agent publish without asking me again?
An explicit instruction identifying the approved content, account, and exact publishing time can authorize scheduling. The agent still checks the server preview before confirming. It must resolve ambiguous instructions or material changes first. A paid CarryFeed AI rewrite requires approval of the quoted cost.
How do I disconnect my X account?
Ask your agent to disconnect X from CarryFeed, or disconnect it in the web workspace. This removes the saved X credentials and attempts to revoke access at X. It does not cancel schedules or your CarryFeed subscription. Cancel any unwanted scheduled posts separately.
Can I attach images from my agent?
Yes. CarryFeed can ingest JPEG, PNG, or WebP images as private assets, then attach them to a draft. Clients without supported file handoff can send a Base64 image up to 2 MB. Static image inspection and crop support depend on the host; these tools do not generate images or upload new video files.
What does the research and media server add?
Read supported public profiles and posts, search X, inspect exposed media, and check trend snapshots. Authenticated paid calls can also extract an existing YouTube caption track or create short-lived private YouTube and TikTok MP4 files. It cannot operate your Growth workspace or publish.
